As a S&OP; Specialist , you will be responsible for driving visibility, alignment, and data-driven decision making throughout the Sales & Operations Planning process. You will transform data into actionable business insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and help ensure that strategic ambitions can be translated into operational reality.

This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams, requiring a strong ability to influence decisions, communicate complex scenarios, and collaborate seamlessly across regions and functions.

What You'll Do

Turn Data into Business Decisions

- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and financial performance data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop recommendations that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends that may impact operational performance.

Drive the S&OP; Process

- Coordinate and support the monthly S&OP; cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial ambitions and operational capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive decision making.
- Facilitate conversations around demand forecasts, inventory strategies, capacity constraints, and performance improvement plans.

Influence at a Integral Level

- Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and global teams based in London and other key markets.
- Present analyses, recommendations, and business scenarios to senior leadership audiences.
- Act as a trusted business partner, bringing clarity and insights to complex challenges.

Lead Continuous Improvement

- Enhance planning capabilities through automation, digitalization,



and process optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reporting tools.
- Champion a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain functions.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, and international organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data and insights.

Technical Expertise

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP, IBP, APO, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to manage large datasets and translate complexity into clear business actions.
- Advanced English is required.
- Comfortable presenting to senior international stakeholders and leading discussions in English.
