About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Pending Fulfillment Agent to manage and follow up on pending orders, ensuring every request is processed correctly and within established timelines, for a fast-growing international luxury watch marketplace.

This is a senior individual-contributor role intended for someone with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience managing order workflows. You will review orders in internal systems, identify issues or blockers, and coordinate with product, customer support, and sales to resolve any problems. This role combines close attention to detail with cross-team coordination, requiring someone who can keep pending orders moving smoothly while maintaining accurate, well-organized records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on pending orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Review orders in internal systems to identify incidents, blockers, or discrepancies in the order flow.
- Coordinate with product, customer support, and sales teams to resolve issues and unblock pending orders.
- Update order status and maintain organized, accurate records across internal systems.
- Prepare basic compliance and fulfillment reports for the team.
- Analyze order-flow information to detect recurring issues and propose practical, resolution-oriented solutions.




- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and, when needed, with customers regarding order status.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to pending order management.

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management to efficiently handle multiple pending orders.
- Ability to analyze information, detect issues in the order flow, and propose practical, compliance-oriented solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and maintain a professional approach with clients.
- Proficiency with office tools and order management systems, with willingness to learn new platforms.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or similar back-office roles is highly valued, as well as studies related to business administration or related fields.
- Based in Mexico
- Familiarity with luxury watches
