As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within our organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming seamless communication and operations. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.
You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet expectations, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC Mexico, you will be part of our Internal Firm Services, focusing on administration within our practice. You will take ownership of projects, overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, encouraging them to develop skills beyond their comfort zones.

Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within the organization
- Lead and coordinate the areas of reception, fixed assets and supplies, document production, as well as printing and document delivery
- Serve as the face of hospitality and escalation point for internal users, ensuring attentive, timely, and solution-oriented support
- Monitor service levels, quality, capacity, resource utilization, and vendor performance
- Leading project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and enhance performance
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and implementing innovative solutions
- Utilizing office productivity applications to optimize administrative tasks and resource management
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support effective communication and collaboration
- Preparing and analyzing reports to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis
- Confirming compliance with professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree is desirable
- At least 5 years of professional experience related to the role
- Oral and written proficiency in English is desirable
