Account Executive Mexico City B2B Financial Operating System Spend Management

Our client is a global, venturebacked financial operating system built for businesses, integrating corporate cards, crossborder payments, and spend management software into a single unified platform. Operating in 20 markets and serving over 5,000 businesses globally, they empower SMBs and enterprises with efficient, costeffective corporate finance tools.
We are seeking a highperforming, metricsdriven Account Executive based in Mexico City to drive revenue growth across the region.
This is an individual contributor role for a handson B2B salesperson with a strong track record of closing midmarket and enterprise deals. You will own the full sales lifecyclefrom prospecting highvalue opportunities to closing complex deals with senior finance leaders CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation Hunting Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract closing, targeting midmarket to enterprise companies, SaaS businesses, ecommerce, and highgrowth startups in Mexico.
Base Expansion Identify and execute crosssell and upsell opportunities within existing regional accounts to drive recurring revenue and expand product usage.
ExecutiveLevel Selling Engage Directly with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Treasurers to present ROI, negotiate commercial terms, and demonstrate value in spend management and payment optimization.
Pipeline Management Maintain pipeline hygiene, build accurate sales forecasts,



and consistently meet exceed assigned revenue quotas.
CrossFunctional Execution Collaborate with Customer Success, Risk Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and longterm customer satisfaction.
Market Voice Gather realtime market feedback and competitive intelligence to help refine regional gotomarket strategies and product development.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Sales Track Record 4 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record as a quotabearing Account Executive closing midmarket or enterprise accounts.
Industry Domain Experience selling FinTech, SaaS, corporate cards, spend management software, or commercial banking payments solutions.
CLevel Engagement Demonstrated ability to pitch, build ROI models, and negotiate complex agreements directly with senior finance executives CFOs, Finance VPs.
Language Proficiency Professional fluency in English and Spanish Portuguese is a strong plus.
Execution Drive Highenergy, proactive, and accustomed to operating in fastpaced, highgrowth startup environments.
Tech Stack Proficiency with CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
