+ Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred). + Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures. + Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations + Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people + Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization + Excellent verbal and written communications + Root Cause Analysis + Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software + Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks + Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD...etc. + High knowledge of US building codes and design manuals.



+ High experience working with latest AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages. + Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD...etc. + Excellent problem solving and time management skills. + Ability to work with multiple projects and adaptable to change tasks with short time notice. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Coordinate products shop drawings, manufacturing, installation, support, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements. + Generates AutoCAD details based on conceptual sketches or needs to develop custom design to meet the needs of the customers. + Assumes additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
