As a Patient Compensation Lead at ICON, you will drive patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials.
What You Will Do:
Lead participant support programs, including compensation, expense reimbursement, and travel-related services for clinical research studies.
Manage relationships with service providers and external partners involved in participant support operations.
Partner with cross-functional study teams to ensure efficient execution, compliance with established procedures, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
Provide direction and oversight to vendors and outsourced research partners.
Serve as the main contact for participant support initiatives, helping to maintain consistent processes and high-quality service delivery across studies.
Contribute to process optimization, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing related to participant support services in clinical research.
Your Profile:
You will have solid talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Commitment to ensuring ethical and compliant recruitment practices while fostering a positive experience for patients.
