What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Accounting-Finance or a related field.Mandatory: Intermediate/advanced EnglishStrong understanding of financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.AI certification or AI-related knowledge (PLUS)Location: Mexico City – PolancoAbout the job:- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance operational teams and IT, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.
- Provide functional support and timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues related to Oracle and financial business applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues impacting key finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Support application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and release activities to ensure business continuity.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and general IT teams to drive system optimization, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend sustainable solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions to prioritize system enhancements and support strategic projects.




- Ensure proper system utilization through end-user support, documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
