About the role
We're Hiring | Junior Accounts Payable Analyst / Junior Accountant
Are you an Accounts Payable or Finance professional looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Junior AP professional to join a dynamic team supporting Americas operations.
What you'll do:
Support Accounts Payable and P2P processes
Manage invoices, vendor interactions, payments and reconciliations
Support escalations and resolve transaction-related issues
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Analyze AP data, trends and performance metrics
Support financial controls, compliance and month-end close activities
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
Experience with invoices, vendors, payments and reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Understanding of financial controls and accounting principles
Advanced English – C1 level, written and verbal
Experience in P2P / Shared Services is a plus
Oracle Cloud AP, Power BI or Tableau are desirable
Location: Mexico City – Reforma, near Diana Cazadora
Work model: Hybrid (no fully remote option)
Scope: Americas / Regional Operations
