Business Analyst Intern– Banking/Credit Card Domain We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Trainee with strong expertise in the Banking and Credit Card domain.
The idóneo candidate should have hands-on BA experience, deep knowledge of payment processes, and expertise in ISO standards (ISO ****/ISO ***** preferred).
Responsibilities:Deliver BA training focused on Banking, Credit Cards, and Payment Systems.Train participants on requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and RTM.Provide practical knowledge of credit card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and payment workflows.Explain ISO standards and their application in banking/payment systems.Conduct real-world case studies and mentor trainees.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Credit Card domain.Strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.Experience with ISO standards (ISO ****/ISO *****).
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
