We are looking for ambitious professionals with experience in commodities operations, logistics, traffic, contract administration, or trade execution to join our two-year Trader Development Programme, based in Bolivia.
This programme is designed to develop future traders through hands-on exposure to physical metals and minerals trading, combining operational expertise with commercial development.
What We're Looking For ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in commodities operations, traffic, logistics, contract administration, or trade execution.
✔ Experience in a commodity trading house or physical trading environment is a strong plus.
✔ Knowledge of the metals and minerals industry.
✔ Fluent English.
✔ Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
✔ Willingness to relocate to Bolivia for the duration of the programme.
