B2B Inside Sales Representative About the Opportunity Ventes Mexico has partnered with a leading U.S.-based telecommunications company to hire experienced sales professionals who are passionate about building relationships and closing deals. In this role, you'll engage with existing business customers to introduce fiber-optic internet solutions, identify new opportunities, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing. What You'll Do - Prospect and engage business customers through outbound calls.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend fiber-optic internet solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and activity metrics.
- Make approximately ******* outbound calls per day .

What We're Looking For - 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development,

or outbound sales.





- Proven success managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience making international outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities.
- Telecommunications, broadband, ISP, or technology sales experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary.

- Uncapped commission structure.
- On-target commissions of up to $2,500 USD per month.
