Job Description and Main Responsibilities
Responsible for supportingproduction planning and scheduling activities, helping ensure material availability and compliance with production schedules based on customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the preparation and follow-up of theproduction schedule.
Review work orders and production priorities.
Monitor material and component availability.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential material shortages.
Coordinate withProduction, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Qualityteams.
Follow up on production orders, progress, and committed delivery dates.
Update planning and production information inERP/MRP systems.
Prepare and maintain production, material, and performance reports.
Support capacity and production requirement analysis.
Identify and communicate potential risks that may impact the production schedule.
Participate in production planning and follow-up meetings.
Provide administrative support related to production planning and control activities
Experiencia y requisitos
Experience and Requirements
Education:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:6 months to 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related area.
Experience inelectronics manufacturing or a manufacturing environmentis preferred.
Basic knowledge ofproduction and material planning processes.
Familiarity withERP/MRP systemsis preferred.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
