What You Will Do: Shape Talent & Workforce Strategy: Develop a scalable workforce strategy, strengthen local talent pipelines, and lead early-career programs and team development. Drive IT Delivery & Operational Excellence: Oversee application development, IT support, and service delivery while ensuring quality, business alignment, and continuous improvement. Enable Compliance & Local Governance: Advise integral leaders on Mexico labor requirements and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to ensure compliance, onboarding, and consistent workforce practices. Lead Vendor & Sourcing Strategy: Define sourcing and third-party engagement strategies, manage vendors, and ensure performance across quality, cost, and delivery.
