Intercompany Record to Report Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for performing intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, balance settlements, account analysis, month-end close support, and financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

:
Perform
and
oversee
intercompany
account
reconciliations
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of financial records across multiple entities.
Investigate,
analyze,
and
resolve
intercompany
discrepancies
in a timely manner, collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurring issues.
Support
month-end,
quarter-end,
and
year-end
close
activities
by ensuring intercompany transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported.
Process
and
coordinate
intercompany
settlements
, ensuring balances are cleared accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain
accurate
intercompany
accounting
and
financial
reporting
, ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting requirements, and corporate reporting deadlines.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's
degree in a
ccounting,
Finance,
Business
Administration,
or
a
related
field.
Minimum
of
3
years
of
experience
in
intercompany
accounting
, including reconciliations, AP/AR,



general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Strong
knowledge
of
accounting
principles
and
standards
, including IFRS and/or US GAAP, with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Advanced
proficiency
in
ERP
systems
and
financial
tools
, with experience in OneStream and BlackLine preferred, as well as strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
Excellent
analytical,
problem-solving,
and
reconciliation
skills
, with the ability to identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies while meeting close and reporting deadlines.
