Sobre nuestro clienteGlobal manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager responsible for leading and optimizing all production operations within a wiring harness manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved.Descripción- Lead and manage all production operations for wiring harness and cable assembly processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and automotive regulatory standards.
- Ensure stable and efficient production flow across cutting, crimping, assembly, testing, and final inspection areas.
- Drive achievement of KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, scrap, and conversion costs.
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles tailored to wiring harness production (line balancing, labor optimization, takt adherence, waste reduction).
- Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure material availability, equipment uptime, and customer delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive standards such as IATF *****, ISO standards, and OEM‐specific processes.
- Manage production budgets, headcount planning, shift models, and efficiency targets in a labor‐intensive manufacturing environment.




- Lead structured problem‐solving activities (root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions) related to quality, delivery, and productivity issues.
- Develop, coach, and lead production supervisors, engineers, and team leaders, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.Perfil buscado- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles within the automotive industry, specifically in wiring harness or cable assembly plants (mandatory).
- Strong hands‐on experience managing labor-intensive, high‐mix, high‐volume manufacturing operations.
- Solid knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality controls.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management systems.
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, staffing models, and cross‐functional teams.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complexity and operational pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a customer‐driven, fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
- English: Fluent (written and spoken).
