This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with integral IT and business teams.Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA DispatcherManage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systemsCollaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams,



and external vendorsSupport implementation and optimization of warehouse systemsAct as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutionsEnsure system performance, stability, and high-quality operationsMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersHandle ad hoc tasks assigned by managementEducation and Skills:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fieldHands-on experience withWMS configuration and infrastructure supportKnowledge ofMOCA, DDA, and JDA IntegratorStrong knowledge ofSQLExperience working withticketing/support systemsMinimal Work Experience:At least 5 years of hands-on experience withBlue Yonder/JDA DispatcherProven experience in the following areas:WMS infrastructure supportWMS configurationMOCA / DDA developmentJDA IntegratorExperience working withSQL and Oracle databasesDSV – Global transport and logistics#J-*****-Ljbffr
