Schneider Electric has an opportunity for aUpstream Planning Leaderforour Queretaro location.Responsibilities:Organize the upstream flows with the suppliers to improve the supplier SC performance.Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...)Including logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock ...Is responsible of the supplier forecast and their accuracyMonitor and improve the upstream SC performancePilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream SC issues of the plant using the 8D methodologyEscalade to SSCMEs for critical SC issues with suppliersResponsible for the implementation of rules and principles of management of suppliersPPEP, Transfer / Disengagement process, SAM audit, Contract / Logistic terms & conditionsUse Lean tools for Supply Chain performance : VSM, E-VSMQualificationsIndustrial Degree or related3-5 years experience in planningVISA and Passport (Travel availability)Advanced English levelExperience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, ROP.Experience in purchasing, inventory control and order managementERP System experience working with SAP MM module expertiseStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAPICS certification preferred, but not requiredStrong analytical skillsTechnical / problem-solving skillsSolid background in materials management / methodologyExcellent problem resolution skillsRewards designed for youOur Total Rewards is our way of saying:
