In this role you will be responsible for partnering with management to implement corporate human resources policies, programs, and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations matters through a proactive and systematic approach.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting key HR processes, including compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development,



and change management initiatives.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment activities, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health
