The Finance Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the plant's financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial information, compliance with corporate policies, and proper financial planning for the business.
They lead general accounting, cost accounting, fixed asset, budgeting, and internal control functions, providing financial support to operations through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
Bachelor's degree in public accounting , Finance, or a related field.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Availability to travel based on business needs.
5 or more years of progressive experience as a finance supervisor in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience supervising personnel and developing work teams.
• Experience with budgets, financial forecasting, standard costing, fixed assets, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
