Job Description

You will step into a high-ownership marketing role where you drive real business outcomes from filling the appointment book to growing a loyal client community. You will own the full digital marketing mix, running paid campaigns on Google and Meta, crafting compelling email nurture sequences, and building an Instagram presence that turns followers into bookings. You will work closely with the business owner, bring strategic thinking to every campaign, and have the autonomy to test, learn, and make an impact from day one with a clear path to grow into a full-time position as the business scales.

Schedule

- 20h per week - Mon-Friday - Within Pacific Time, Central, or EST business hours

Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth:Develop and manage a monthly marketing calendar; create campaigns for underutilized services, memberships, packages, workshops, and seasonal promotions to turn unused schedule capacity into bookings.
- Social Media & Content Creation:Manage Instagram and key channels, design brand-consistent graphics via Canva, produce Reels/Stories/carousels, write high-converting copy, and repurpose content across channels.
- Email, SMS & Lead Nurturing:Build automated lead-nurture sequences and multi-channel marketing campaigns (Klaviyo/CRM) to follow customer journeys from lead generation to retention.




- Schedule & Performance Tracking:Review service/class schedules to identify gaps, market underbooked slots, and track campaign ROI against presente sales and bookingsnot just engagement.
- Studio & Services Marketing:Execute strategies to promote Sage Flow yoga/movement classes, memberships, and outreach initiatives for resident instructors and studio renters.
- SEO, Web & Ads Oversight:Coordinate website updates/landing pages, basic local SEO, Google Business Profile optimizations, and evaluate Google Ads/paid campaign performance.
- Marketing Management:Lead campaign execution, delegate tasks, keep projects moving on schedule, participate in weekly team meetings, and provide concise performance reporting.

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on proficiency with Canva, Meta/Instagram, email/SMS tools (e.g., Klaviyo), Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Mindbody).
- Strong copywriting skills, data analysis capabilities, and high attention to detail.
- Comfort using AI tools for content development, campaign analysis, and workflow efficiency.
- Background or strong familiarity with health, wellness, beauty, or appointment-based businesses.
