Benefits, Insurance & Wellbeing Manager | Human Resources This position will be responsible for managing life insurance, medical, accident, and employee wellbeing programs, ensuring their competitiveness, financial efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Design and lead the overall benefits, insurance, and wellbeing strategy. Manage group insurance policies and coordinate renewals, bidding processes, and negotiations with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors. Analyze costs, claims experience, utilization, and trends to optimize coverage and budgets. Develop physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing programs. Oversee operations and support related to enrollments, terminations, claims, reimbursements, and special cases. Ensure regulatory compliance, effective communication of programs, and the monitoring of performance indicators. Lead, develop, and motivate the team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting professional growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.



At least seven years of experience in benefits, compensation, insurance, or related areas. At least three years of experience in leadership positions. Advanced knowledge of group insurance plans, particularly medical, life, accident, and disability coverage. Experience negotiating with insurance carriers, brokers, consultants, and vendors. Ability to interpret policies, coverage provisions, exclusions, renewals, and claims experience reports. Experience in budget management and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and in analytical and executive presentation tools. Advanced English proficiency. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and results orientation.
