We are seeking a senior Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Manager with the ability to translate business needs into portfolio, occupancy, leasing, project, and investment decisions. This role requires a strong combination of real estate expertise, financial acumen, disciplined execution, cross-functional influence, and leadership of a small operational scope related to fleet and parking management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate real estate portfolio strategy, occupancy management, leasing activities, and workplace planning initiatives.
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses to support lease renewals, consolidations, expansions, relocations, and real estate investments.
- Manage real estate projects, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, and vendor performance.
- Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasting processes, and total cost of ownership analyses.
- Support lease negotiations and commercial management of landlords and real estate service providers in collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organizational structures.
- Lead and develop team members while establishing operational controls, KPIs, and performance management practices.
- Oversee operational governance of fleet and parking programs, including utilization, costs, controls, and vendor management.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives within Corporate Real Estate operations.
- Partner closely with Facilities leadership to ensure alignment across workplace and operational services.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant Corporate Real Estate experience.
- Proven experience managing corporate real estate portfolios, occupancy planning, leasing, and workplace strategy.
- Demonstrated experience developing business cases and evaluating strategic real estate options.
- Strong track record of managing complex real estate projects with accountability for cost, timeline, scope, risks, and vendors.
- Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets, forecasting, and financial analyses.
- Experience negotiating commercial lease terms and managing real estate suppliers.
- Ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders and operate within matrix organizations.
- Experience leading people and implementing operational governance, controls, and performance metrics.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing fleet, parking, or related corporate services.
- Experience within multinational organizations is strongly preferred.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum 60%+ conversational and business fluency) to effectively interact with general and regional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI solutions, Business Intelligence platforms, and Project Management systems is highly desirable.
- National travel required with moderate frequency.
