Sales Representative Monday to Friday - Confie Tijuana
QuinStreet, an online digital marketing company in the Financial Services industry, joins Confie as one of our exciting sales opportunities. In this program, agents support auto insurance qualification through inbound customer interactions and warm transfers, helping connect customers with the right insurance solutions while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to auto insurance inquiries.
- Connect customers with the appropriate service through warm transfers.
- Overcome objections to successfully complete customer interactions.
- Follow approved scripts and procedures to ensure accuracy and service quality.
- Participate in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience preferably in a call center environment
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
- Basic computer knowledge, and
