Eaton in Mexico's Actual León region is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Fabrication area, driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost. You will coordinate with all functional groups to meet customer needs and promote CIF culture through EBS and ELSS tools.
You will plan production, supervise daily activities, train staff, manage HR matters, monitor equipment, and lead CI initiatives.
