ON.energy is seeking a Testing Engineer to support design, sizing, integration, and validation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Grid-Following/Grid-Forming (GFL/GFM) projects in its R&D; lab in Villahermosa, Mexico. You will assist with test planning, risk mitigation, and data-driven iteration with the Test Lead.
