Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst (ERP Baan V / Infor LN - Logistics & Warehousing) located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Business Systems Analyst (ERP Baan V / Infor LN - Logistics & Warehousing), you will be the functional architect for our Baan V / Infor LN Logistics and Warehousing modules. You will lead the design and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless data flow between the ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Factory Applications. This role requires a deep understanding of inventory strategies, material flow, and logistics movements in a general manufacturing scale.




What a typical day looks like:
- Logistics SME: Act as the primary functional expert for Baan V / LN modules including Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement optimized workflows for receiving, put-away, outbound shipping, and cycle counting, minimizing operational bottlenecks.
- Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration between the ERP logistics modules and external systems (MES, TMS, or 3PL interfaces) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
- Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation of complex business requirements for warehouse automation and logistics tracking, translating them into high-level functional specifications.
- System Lifecycle: Manage the SDLC for logistics-related enhancements, from initial gap analysis to successful deployment and user stabilization.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement
