We’re Hiring: Software Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead software development initiatives and help translate business needs into scalable, practical technology solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strong software development knowledge, analytical thinking, team leadership, strategic vision, and a forward‑looking approach to AI‑enabled software engineering. You will work closely with IT leadership and business stakeholders to define priorities, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure development efforts deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a software development team, establishing strong engineering practices and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, integration, and delivery of web-based business applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions and development plans.




- Collaborate with IT leadership to help define and execute the IT and application development strategy and roadmap.
- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted software development practices and tools across the team, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, requirements analysis, and other stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Establish AI development best practices and governance, helping the team use AI coding assistants and emerging development tools effectively, securely, and responsibly.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI-enabled development tools and practices, determining where they can create measurable value within the engineering organization.
