Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the future of the products in the SWB area. Each day, you will evaluate product needs, technical opportunities, and customer feedback to identify innovative solutions and guide R&D; activities. You will also showcase your expertise by leading product development initiatives, driving product quality improvements, and collaborating with technical experts and business stakeholders to deliver customer and business value.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive product development and maintenance activities to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs and business priorities.




- Lead product quality and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product performance, reliability, and customer value.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and R&D; opportunities to support innovation and the evolution of the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with technical experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to translate the voice of the customer into actionable product and technology improvements.
