General

Accounting

Perform the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accounting records comply with applicable Financial Reporting Standards.

Execute monthly and annual accounting close processes within established deadlines.

Cash Flow Statement

Perform bank reconciliations, account analyses, and coordinate internal and external audits.

Accounts

Payable

Prepare weekly payment proposals, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and credit terms.

Monitor and record employee travel expense and per diem reimbursements.

Identify automation opportunities within accounts payable, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting processes.





Implement and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to reduce manual processing time and improve data analysis accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

~5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting positions, preferably within multinational or global organizations.

~ Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with headquarters and prepare executive-level reports in English. Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting principles and financial regulations.

Solid understanding of general accounting practices and current tax regulations.

Proven experience managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle.

Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms, including:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

Data analysis

Desirable experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, as well as workflow automation solutions for streamlining routine tasks and improving operational efficiency. Learning opportunities, training, and certification programs
