The Opportunity

MCC LAB Sr Analyst is responsible for the FP&A; cycle, closure analysis, latest estimate, monthly forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan. The role is responsible for driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and decision-making. It ensures timely closing, validation of results, and preparation of management insights. The position collaborates with multiple functions to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business strategy. It also oversees system administration, process controls, and audits, while supporting ad-hoc analysis.
