Accounts Payable Supervisor We are looking for an

Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the accounts payable process. Review and validate invoices, including intercompany transactions. Monitor payment schedules, approvals, and supplier terms. Perform account, payment, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and issues. Prepare weekly payment proposals and cash flow forecasts. Control employee advances and supporting documentation. Support month-end closing, accruals, audits, tax requirements, and financial reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers,



and other stakeholders to ensure efficient processes. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AP operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting processes. Experience in

Oil & Gas, Energy, or another complex/regulatory industry preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience with

SAP or other ERP systems

. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements. Proficient English

, written and spoken. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
