Purpose of the Job

HH Integral is looking for an exceptional, highly autonomous visual storyteller who can efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and cutting-edge technology. The focus of this role is on "Sustainable Creative Production" (SCP) - minimizing manual hours while maximizing creative impact and velocity. In this role, creative, AI-driven, and self-management skills are key.

The ideal candidate must possess the capacity to work independently, manage project calendars, handle direct communication with clients, and confidently manage client expectations. This person needs to be able to transfer knowledge to the team to excel in generative AI workflows and drive them to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-fidelity static and social content using Image FX, Nano Banana, and Whisk, replacing traditional manual workflows.
- Rapidly produce, format, and adapt versions of creative assets for the Mexico and Brazil markets using AI Instant Localization and Asset Studio+.
- Ensure all AI-generated content adheres strictly to Google Brand Guidelines and AI Safety Policies.
- Ensuring quality of all artworks developed using AI-augmented workflows.
- Attend client calls, act as the receptor of client briefs, and maintain direct communication to manage expectations and align deliverables.
- Take ownership of project development, managing calendars, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks autonomously to meet aggressive timelines.
- Manage end-to-end projects (the full project lifecycle -- from prompt engineering and AI asset generation to final production/media-ready artwork).
- Ensure that the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



with the client are followed by the team.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer or art director in an agency environment, with a deep specialization in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI workflows.
- Advanced English level with excellent grammatical skills, capable of holding highly professional direct client conversations.

- Highly skilled in the latest Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) to support AI output adaptations.
- Working knowledge of G Suite / Google Workspace with high level of presentation skills using Google Slides.
- Toolbox Mastery: Knowledge of Gen-AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) and the Google 1P/3P tool stack (Image FX, Nano Banana, Whisk, PencilPro, Asset Studio+).
- Knowledge in design conventions and requirements for both print and digital is a MUST.
- High level understanding of responsive design, social media outputs, and digital reformatting.

- Strong self-management skills, with experience managing calendars, timelines, and client relationships.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a modern, tech-forward design aesthetic and expertise across multiple design disciplines (portfolio required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, photography, and copy.
- Up to date with design and technology trends, applying research to deliver innovative, audience-relevant creative solutions.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
