LVMH Beauty Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment across Corporate, Retail/POS and Distribution Center populations. You will partner with HR and business leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with LVMH Beauty values.
In this role, you will lead a small TA team, manage full-cycle recruitment, track KPIs, and advocate for continuous improvement, compliance and employer branding across Mexico.
