We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to lead the support, delivery, and modernization of critical banking and payment applications. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of core banking platforms while partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and international colleagues across the US and Japan.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the support, administration, and enhancement of core banking and payment applications.
- Manage technology modernization and application upgrade initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee application development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of agreed service levels.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while driving operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary technology contact for Operations and business stakeholders.
- Support audit, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with integral teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications





- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications within the banking industry.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment platforms and ecosystems, including SPEI, SPID, and SWIFT.
- Experience supporting T24 Core Banking or similar banking platforms.
- Background in software development (.NET or similar technologies).
- Knowledge of middleware, application integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong project management and vendor management experience.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Japanese language skills are a plus.
