Híbrido: Esta posición requiere asistir 3 días en sitio y dos desde casa.
Responsable de:
Apoyar la operación diaria del área de Compras mediante el seguimiento de órdenes de compra, validación de información técnica y comercial, análisis de datos y generación de métricas, asegurando que los cambios de ingeniería y procesos de abastecimiento se ejecuten en tiempo y forma, sin afectar los ciclos establecidos.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar directamente a un comprador senior en actividades operativas de compras.
- Dar seguimiento con proveedores para números de parte y estatus de órdenes de compra.
- Revisar y dar seguimiento a open items derivados de cambios en órdenes de compra.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Ingeniería en la revisión de cambios técnicos, principalmente en arneses de asiento.
- Validar que los precios y contratos existentes se encuentren actualizados.
- Analizar ciclos de cambios de ingeniería para asegurar que los procesos no excedan los tiempos establecidos.
- Elaborar y actualizar reportes de métricas de desempeño para el equipo de Compras.
- Apoyar en actividades de análisis de datos para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva con proveedores y equipos internos sobre detalles críticos.
Requisitos:
- Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación Verano 2027 o posterior
- Contar con un nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés
- Seguro facultativo vigente
Carrera : Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas o afín.
Experiencia y habilidades deseables:
- Office Intermedio-Avanzado,
- Conocimiento y manejo de Power Bi
- Comunicación efectiva y Trabajo en equipo
