Role Description The Boutique Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quintana Roo, Mexico. This role is responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory monitoring, and ensuring an organized and welcoming store environment.

The Boutique

Manager leads and develops the boutique team through coaching, scheduling, performance feedback, and clear communication of sales and service goals. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, providing personalized product recommendations, resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of customer care. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



implementing promotional activities, collaborating with headquarters on brand guidelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong product knowledge related to swimwear, beachwear, and accessories, with the ability to guide customers on fit, style, and collection details.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport, handle inquiries, and create a positive in-boutique experience.
- Candidates should possess boutique and retail management skills, including store operations, merchandising, and sales floor organization.
- Candidates should possess team management capabilities to recruit, train, motivate, and supervise boutique staff toward shared goals.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail management, particularly in premium or lifestyle brands, is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working with POS systems, basic sales reports, and inventory tools; proficiency in standard office software is an advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus due to international clientele.
- Availability to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a boutique environment.
