Chief of Staff I For a USA CEO Salary: USD Schedule: Aligned with US Central Time I Full-time I Remote We are a Houston-based construction and design firm with multiple business entities under its umbrella. We are looking for a Chief of Staff, this person starts supporting the CEO directly and, as they prove themselves, naturally expands to support the broader executive team. You will be working with data, building dashboards, automating workflows with AI, and keeping the operational layer of a multi-entity business running smoothly.

Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and communications. Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and task tracking across multiple projects and business entities. Build, maintain, and clean Excel workbooks: pivot tables, data analysis, and structured reporting from information provided by the team.





Set up and organize SharePoint folder structures that feed Power BI dashboards ensuring data flows correctly and reports stay accurate. Create clear, polished PowerPoint presentations from raw data or briefs. This person is a resource for the whole company, not just the CEO.

Advanced Excel: pivot tables, data cleaning, and formula-based analysis. This is tested before interviews with the client ~ You can turn rough content into clean, professional presentations. ~ Power BI experience. You can set up dashboards and understand how data flows from SharePoint into reports. ~ The CEO should not have to chase you. ~ This person will interact with the CEO and executive team daily.

Fluent written and spoken English. Familiarity with SharePoint administration and folder structure design.
