Position Title: Director, Global Sales Operations

Location: Bridgewater NJ / Westchester Ill. / or Mexico City / Guadalajara

As Director, Global Sales Operations, you will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies that optimize Ingredion’s global sales processes, tools, and ultimately performance, ensuring measurable business results. You will be responsible for establishing standard governance frameworks for forecasting,



pipeline management, and operational standards in consideration of regional requirements. Partnering closely with regional Sales Excellence Leaders, you will drive efficiency and growth through consistent processes and capability development.

Key responsibilities
- Assess sales teams and managers, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted development programs.
- Oversee process design, technology solutions, and training initiatives, while leveraging CRM analytics to deliver actionable insights on opportunities, pipeline health, and performance trends.
- Report to the Senior Director, Commercial Capabilities Development, Customer Experience and Solution Selling, and be directly supported by a Senior Manager, Sales Excellence Program Development.
