Job Summary:

We are seeking talented Fulfillment Lead to join our team. As a Fulfillment Lead you will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders. Supervised and supported fulfillment team members, coordinating daily activities across picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management functions.
- Oversee order accuracy and quality control by implementing standardized processes and conducting routine audits, minimizing errors and returns. Monitored workflow efficiency, identified bottlenecks, and introduced process improvements to increase productivity and reduce turnaround times.



Maintained strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and operational standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory control, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with customer delivery expectations. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and on-time shipping, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Train new hires and developed team members through hands-on coaching and performance feedback, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Played a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations, supporting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS).
