Role Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the Finance team and overseeing all financial and accounting functions, including policies, controls, systems, and processes. The role carries day-to-day responsibility for the Mexican, Bermudian, United Kingdom and Netherlands legal entities, and an oversight responsibility — review, challenge and escalation, but not day-to-day management — for the Singapore legal entities.

Group reporting is prepared in accordance with IFRS, with each entity additionally maintaining and filing statutory accounts under its applicable local framework. The role ensures compliance with tax and regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction in scope, manages both management and statutory financial reporting, and maintains a documented reconciliation between group and statutory reporting for each entity.

The Manager is also accountable for supervising finance activities such as cash management, cash forecasting, foreign currency exposure, intercompany funding and the oversight of treasury and banking systems,



and for financial and cash flow projections supporting the business plan. Direct line management is provided by the parent company finance function, and the Manager acts as principal finance advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Fontis Energy. Ultimately, the Manager's primary goal is to steer the company toward profitability and long-term success.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Financial Control, Reporting and Consolidation
- Responsible for the management of Group finance across the legal entities under direct responsibility, and for the oversight of finance matters in the entities held under oversight.
- Management of the finance team and the overseeing of day-to-day activities for Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, Tax, and Reporting and Consolidation.
