Your Tasks The Compensation Specialist contributes directly to:
- Ensuring fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation practices.
- Supporting talent attraction through competitive salary offers and compensation recommendations.
- Driving employee retention through effective salary review and reward programs.
- Ensuring compliance with compensation-related regulatory reporting requirements.
- Providing compensation insights and analytics to support workforce and business decisions.
- Supporting organizational budgeting, salary planning, and personnel cost management activities.
- Maintaining integrity and effectiveness of compensation systems and compensation data. Compensation survey participation and market benchmarking activities are key inputs to annual merit and related compensation processes.

Your Profile
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related field.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills
- Experience with U.S.
compensation programs and salary administration.
- Experience supporting annual merit and bonus review processes.
- Experience with compensation surveys including Mercer, Korn Ferry, or Payscale preferred.
- Experience with compensation systems and HR technologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- HRIS and compensation technology platforms.
- Statistical and compensation reporting methods.
