What will you do?

Your Impactful Responsibilities

- Support Continuous Improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and sustain 5S activities across manufacturing and warehouse areas, including audits, action tracking, and visual management implementation.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools.
- Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, Gemba walks, and problem-solving activities.
- Support root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Pareto Analysis.
- Assist in value stream mapping, process documentation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Track project actions, timelines, and results to ensure sustainability of improvements

- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Minitab, Python, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to create clear process documentation and visual management materials.
- English communication skills preferred.

What qualifications will make you successful?

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Supply Chain Engineering
- Data Analytics or related fields

- Graduation date within the next 12-24 months (August 2027 or later)
- Availability to work onsite.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.




- Basic knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experience with Power BI, Minitab, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is desirable.
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
