The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and controlling the flow, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely supply to production lines. Monitor material aging, obsolete items, and excess inventory.

Implement and sustain the 5S system in the warehouse.

Control storage space and material distribution.

Establish and track warehouse KPIs, keeping downtime under control.

Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy (target: 100% for HV parts).

Operate forklifts safely and comply with occupational health and safety standards.

Lead cost-reduction and improvement projects. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred: Master's degree in Operations or Production Management.

Knowledge of logistics, customs, warehousing, and shipments.

Preferred: Certification in International Logistics or Procurement.

Advanced English.
