Ford Schools. - Work closely with Ford Schools organization to identify high-priority infrastructure across all campus locations to achieve safety compliance ratings and improve student facility satisfaction and to implement a standardized educational program across all 195 schools.

Ford Philanthropy. - Deploy Ford Philanthropy grants to execute at least 100 scholarships nationally among Ford Schools and community-led social action projects such as safe driving, sustainability initiatives by students and volunteer activities to provide direct support to communities.

Shared Purpose. - Shared Purpose program, a culture of engagement, aiming for employee participation rate in community volunteering and the submission of employee-led project proposals.

Responsibilities

Ford Schools

- Ford Schools refurbished process yearly (approx. 60 Ford Schools each year)
- Ford Schools’s administrative control and liaison position in Ford of México and Dealers
- Implementation of educational programs among Ford Schools such as National Sports Tournament for Ford Schools, glasses donation, ophthalmological checks,
- Congress of Teachers and Principals, Robotix and laptops donation





Ford Philanthropy
- Ford Driving Dreams: Ford schools' former students (optimizing administration with Ford Schools organization)
- Ford Driving Skills for Life: implement save driving program among students from Universities working together with ENACTUS
- Integral Caring Month: activate social activities to increase employee participation as volunteers nationally
- Ford Resiliency: 4 social projects with Universities and ENACTUS

Shared Purpose
- Increase the number of employees involved as volunteers in social activities during the year taking in consideration the 3 main causes of support: Environmental, DEI and Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Upload the social actions thru Ford Corps Hub system (Deed) to monitor the volunteer participation in Mexico to deliver results globally

Qualifications

- Speak, write and read fluent English.
- Ability for developing written texts.
- Handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Communication and interpersonal relations abilities.
