Join our team and help manage client accounts in the automotive industry, ensuring delivery programs run smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage customer requirements through EDI and Forecast tools.

✔️ Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.

✔️ Coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to secure on‑time deliveries.

✔️ Monitor inventory levels and identify risks of shortages or overstock.

✔️ Handle demand changes and develop action plans with clients.

✔️Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

✔️ Prepare performance reports and KPIs.

✔️ Maintain ongoing communication with both domestic and international customers.

Qualifications

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Administration,



or related field.

✔️ At least 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or scheduling within the automotive industry.

✔️ Hands‑on experience with EDI, Forecast, and delivery scheduling.

✔️ SAP knowledge.

✔️ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

✔️ Fluent conversational English (interview will be fully in English).

This role is focused on Customer Service in the automotive industry (account management, logistics, and supply chain). Profiles from call centers, phone support, sales, or technical support will not be considered.
