The Video & Digital Events Producer leads and executes digital events and video content that elevate client engagement and strengthen brand presence. This role combines support of the firm's global webinar program with hands-on video production and editing responsibilities. The idóneo candidate is both a strategic program manager and a skilled creator—someone who can optimize digital experiences while producing compelling multimedia content.
The role requires an expertise in digital event platforms, strong creative and technical video skills, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership teams. The Video & Digital Events Producer will also support broader digital client experience initiatives, helping translate business needs into meaningful, multi-channel engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Build & Live Event Execution
- Works directly with partners and executives to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful webinars.
- Builds event registration pages and webinar consoles.
- Partners with marketing teams (Email, Marketo, regional teams, Social Media) to support event promotion.
- Manages the approval workflow for both live events and replay content.
- Designs event-specific graphic elements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Produces, directs, and runs live events.
- Delivers post-event reporting, including analytics, insights, and recommendations.
- Works on lead generation process
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Experience with digital events tools (ON24, Goldcast)
- Video production skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to clearly communicate visual ideas and translate concepts into effective multimedia.
- Creative, solution-oriented approach to meeting partner and client needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume, fast-paced workflows.
- Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video and graphic capabilities.
