Job Requirements
Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
Experience required:
- -MRO experience
- -Knowledge of aircraft engines
- -Knowledge of the parts repair process
- -Demand management

- -Build up and maintain a close relation with customers.
- -Assures that the information shared related to the performance of the SHOP (induction dates, performances of the Purchase Orders, SFR's, APRS, AWB, invoice) is clear and on time.
- -Attends internal and external requirements escalated by customers and/or support areas of the SHOP.
- -Actively participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fulfill internal KPI's (TAT, SPT).
- -Attends claims from customers in joint with Operations and Quality Departments and provides clear and prompt information to customers about action plans generated after root cause analysis.
- -Monitors the fulfillment of the forecasted demand from customers.
- -Ensures that the SHOP meets customer requirements by maintaining effective communication with Quality, Operations and Production Planning areas.
- -Ensures providing the necessary documentation and supports Traffic and Operations departments for the good reception and repair of purchase orders.
- -Availability to perform your duties in different shifts, according to the operational needs of your area.
