NSC Integral is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico. You will provide on-site and remote technical service, installation, configuration and problem resolution for Apple/Mac OS environments and corporate networks.
Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, supporting executive and financial level users, maintaining tickets, and coordinating with third-party vendors to minimize downtime.
