Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to front-office and back-office teams with routine and mechanical Technical Procurement tasks.




- Assist the Procurement Lead on governance projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic alignment.
- Deliver administrative support across general department operations and daily workflows.
- Support the review and clearance of unapplied finance invoices in coordination with the Finance team.
- Maintain and update Global Procurement (GP) vendor records, electronic master files, and supplier documentation.
- EHS Policy Alignment: Apply EHS policies, contributing directly to the site's safety objectives and KPIs.
- Risk & Incident Management: Follow emergency, hazard identification, and incident investigation protocols while maintaining awareness of operational risks.
- Reporting & Audits: Participate in internal/external EHS audits and immediately report any anomalies, spills, or unsafe acts.
