We are conducting an important search for an Operations Manager to join the Nogales manufacturing operations of a leading integral Aerospace & Defense manufacturer. We are specifically targeting accomplished manufacturing leaders from the Aerospace & Defense industry, particularly professionals who have worked in military-spec / high-reliability manufacturing environments where quality, traceability, compliance and flawless execution are critical. This is a significant leadership opportunity within a large 800 employee manufacturing operation producing high-reliability electromechanical components and interconnect solutions for demanding aerospace and defense applications. What we’re looking for: 10 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience 5 years leading sizable manufacturing organizations Strong Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience Experience with military-spec, high-reliability and highly regulated products strongly preferred Strong understanding of AS9100 and customer-specific quality requirements Experience in Low-Volume / High-Mix (LV/HM)
